Throughout Brittani’s 25-year career, her primary emphasis has been marketing, communications and customer service, with a few fun stints in IT and sales. During this time, she kept—reluctantly—getting pulled into the world of events.
After taking a job to make events her primary focus and leading a global events team for a multi-billion-dollar company, her reluctancy became her passion. She realized few careers in the world allow you create memories, change lives, design experiences for people that they wouldn't otherwise encounter, and occasionally break world records.
Fifteen years after her first event role, Brittani decided she wanted to broaden her impact, co-founding Destinations by Design.
Brittani has designed events all over the world and is asked most frequently what her favorite location is. Because every destination has its charms, this is a tricky question to answer. Brittani will tell you she is partial to Egypt, Uganda and Bora Bora, but that there is no place like home.

During the first two-decades-plus of her business career, Jen Fraughton developed professional growth of extraordinary depth and range. This career included thirteen years in the title and escrow business where she developed her expertise in the art of contract review, ensuring the best possible outcome for her clients.
Later, she helped create no less than eight (eight!) distinct business entities, taking a deep dive into operations, finance, and executive management along the way. Ultimately, she played a vital role in setting each of these businesses on a successful course for acquisition.
For her current venture, and fortified by her impressive background and track record, Jen takes inspiration from her passion for travel and affinity for live events. The result is Destinations by Design, a full-service destination management boutique for corporate travel. Her primary focus? Creating meaningful, magical, and aspirational experiences for her clientele.
